Lorem Ipsum is less of a distraction if you are looking at your site layout.
There are many websites out there that have a Lorem Ipsum generator.

The Lorem Ipsum text has been round for a while and is not just random text.
It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45BC

Sometimes you will have your email address written in the code, this is not always good.
What’s known as Spam bots will scan your website looking for email addresses, once they have your email address you could potentially start getting spam.
You could use an image with your contact details on as the automated bots can’t read what’s written on the image.

You may have a simple contact form which will have “mailto:” in the code, spambots can still pick up on this and you could still get unwanted emails.

A way round this is to use a PHP form whereby the email address is on a seperate file on the server, you can also use a form of CAPTCHA.

CAPTCHA (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) where by the person sending the email has to enter a word/code or even as simple as ticking a box before the email can be sent.
If the automated spamming software tried to send you an email it wouldn’t be able to read the CAPTCHA word and the email would not be sent.

Above is an example of what CAPTCHA can look like but as explained above there are various ways of protecting your email form but as you can see potentially only human input is acceptable.
