I’m sure some of you have seen this “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt” on some websites, maybe even your own website when it was being designed.
This text is used as dummy text to fill the text boxes rather than just have “Text Here” or “Content Here”.
Spam from my website contact form?
Sometimes you will have your email address written in the code, this is not always good.
What’s known as Spam bots will scan your website looking for email addresses, once they have your email address you could potentially start getting spam.
You could use an image with your contact details on as the automated bots can’t read what’s written on the image.
